The menu at this decadent family-style dinner will include Chef Hickey’s modern American cuisine, featuring products from the Cochon 555 weekend including glorious amounts of meat, local produce, cheeses, fine wines, brews, and spirits. The cost is $65 which is inclusive of tax.
